VEEL IN BUKNADE. C. XVIII.
Take fayr Veel and kyt it in smale pecys and boile it tendre in fyne broth oşer in water. şanne take white brede oşer wastel, and drawe şerof a white ... lyour wiş fyne broth, and do şe lyour to the Veel, & do safroun şerto, şanne take parsel & bray it in a morter & the Juys şerof do şerto, and şanne is şis half zelow & half grene. şanne take a porcioun of wyne & powdour marchant & do şerto and lat it boile wele, and do şerto a litel of vynegur. & serue forth.
