- VEEL IN BUKNADE. C. XVIII.
- Take fayr Veel and kyt it in smale pecys and boile it tendre in fyne broth oşer in water. şanne take white brede oşer wastel, and drawe şerof a white ... lyour wiş fyne broth, and do şe lyour to the Veel, & do safroun şerto, şanne take parsel & bray it in a morter & the Juys şerof do şerto, and şanne is şis half zelow & half grene. şanne take a porcioun of wyne & powdour marchant & do şerto and lat it boile wele, and do şerto a litel of vynegur. & serue forth.
