A change was made suggesting Baronial awards may be armigerous; Arms may only be awarded by Royalty. Royalty may depute others to give armigerous awards in their name, but that's not quite the same thing. The edit suggested that some Outlandish Baronial awards are armigerous - is there a citation available? AlexandreDavigne 04:58, 18 July 2009 (EST)
