- LUMBARD MUSTARD. XX.VII. V.
- Take Mustard seed and waishe it & drye it in an ovene, grynde it drye. farse it thurgh a farse. clarifie hony with wyne & vynegur & stere it wel togedrer and make it thikke ynowz. & whan žou wilt spende žerof make it tnynne with wyne.

Ingredients
- 5/8 cup red wine
- 5/8 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp dry english mustard
- 1 tsp seed mustard
- 1 small breadroll (250g breadcrumbs)
- 1/2 c corn syrup

Method
- Mix together wine, vinegar and syrup.
- Combine in blender the bread crumbs, mustards til fine.
- Add to wet ingredients and add 1 tsp olive oil to mike it shine
