Baked custard pie (recipe)

Ingredients
- 1 cup milk or light cream
- 3 egg yolks beaten
- 2- 3 tbs sugar or honey
- pinch of saffron
- 1 8" pie shell

Mehtod
- Pre-heat oven to 325F.
- Beat together all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
- Pour the mixutre into your pre-baked pie shell.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
